What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 8 pieces. The more you order, the lower the price per item.
Can I mix colors or designs within one order?
Absolutely! We love seeing creative combinations, so you're welcome to mix colors and designs within the same order.
What file format do you need for my logo?
A PNG or JPG file is preferred, but we can also work with a PDF
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. That said, we know last-minute events happen, and we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Can you ship directly to my event venue?
Yes! We're happy to ship directly to your venue, hotel, club, or event location—just provide the shipping details
