What products do you sell?
Sweetgrass Soirée specializes in personalized Mahjong card covers, card stickers, custom inserts, notepads, and thoughtfully designed accessories for National Mahjong League (NMJL) players. Every design is created to add a personal touch to your Mahjong table.
Are your products personalized?
Yes! Most of our card covers can be personalized with a name, monogram, initials, league name, or custom text, depending on the design.
Where are your products made?
Every design is created by Sweetgrass Soirée in Charleston, South Carolina. We carefully personalize each order before shipping it to you.
Card Covers
Will your card cover fit my National Mahjong League (NMJL) card?
Yes! Our card covers are designed specifically to fit the current National Mahjong League (NMJL) Large Size Playing Card.
Please note that they do not fit the standard-size NMJL card or The Mahjong Line Big Card.
We know many players still use the standard-size NMJL card, and we hope to offer a cover for that size in the future. Be sure to join our email list or follow us on social media to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Can I move my cover to next year's card?
Yes! Our plastic card covers are reusable. Simply remove your current NMJL card and insert your new one each year. Then swap in a new personalized insert whenever you'd like a fresh look!
What's the difference between a card cover and a sticker?
A card cover includes a reusable clear plastic sleeve with a personalized printed insert inside. You can easily change the insert whenever you want a new design.
A sticker is a premium adhesive decal that is applied directly to your Mahjong card, creating a sleek, low-profile look.
Can I order just the personalized insert?
Yes! If you already own one of our reusable sleeves, you can purchase a replacement insert without buying another cover.
Ordering
How long does personalization take?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. During the busy season following the release of the new NMJL card or around holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can I request custom colors or artwork?
Absolutely! We love bringing new ideas to life. If you have a specific vision, event theme, or color palette, contact us before ordering, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I order multiple designs?
Yes! Simply add each design to your cart individually before checking out. You can mix and match as many styles as you'd like.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our very best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out—we're always happy to help.
Returns
Can personalized items be returned?
Because each personalized item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or we've made an error on your order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Your happiness is incredibly important to us! If something isn't right, please contact us, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Care
How do I clean my card cover?
Simply wipe the clear sleeve with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive heat, or harsh chemicals.
Will the printing fade?
Our inserts are professionally printed on high-quality materials designed to hold up beautifully through regular Mahjong play.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
